Extended abstract / Full paper submission

Guidelines for Authors

The language of the conference will be English; therefore the Committee will only accept submissions in this language.
Prospective authors are kindly invited to send their extended abstract/Full paper as an electronic copy to the conference email. The content of the papers should be corrected for any linguistic/grammatical errors before submission.
Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts read by an English-speaking colleague before submission.

Guideline for submission

Extended Abstract

It should start with the abstract’s title, authors, authors’ affiliation and e-mail followed by the keywords (up to six). Please, indicate the author making the presentation with an asterisk.


The abstract should be written in MS Word using single-spaced 12 point Times New Roman font. Use A4 page set-up and make all margins (top, bottom, left, right) 25 mm wide. Subheadings should be bold. Justify the body of the text both left and right. Length of the Extended Abstract should be min 3 and max 4 pages (1000-1500 words) excluding references. 


Explain the aim and scope of your study, the materials and methods used, the results obtained and main conclusions reached. Max 2 figures/photographs can be placed in the extended abstract.

Full Paper

Title: Title of the paper should clearly indicate the focus of the research work that you have carried out. 

Page numbers- bottom right side.

Author details: Author(s) name, affiliation(s), designation, and email address of the corresponding author need to be included.

Abstract: Should be not more than 500 words.

Keywords - Maximum 6 words/phrases generated from the write-up.

Article: Length of the article should be not more than 5,500-word count.

Page limit - Maximum7 pages including all figures, tables, References, and appendixes.

The body of the papers: Should include Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Results, Discussion/Conclusion, and Recommendations with related references.

Subheadings - Should be bolded and placed at the left-hand margin, one double space below the previous section.

Tables and figures - Tables must be prepared using standard formats and all tables must be uniform in format and font. Any tables or figures must be numbered and have captions at the bottom. If the data were extracted from other sources, please denote the source courtesy immediately below the table. Figures should be clear and black & white or Colour. Tables and Figures should be set in line with the text. The figures are preferred to be in greyscale that has a clear distinction between adjacent areas and labels.

Electronic images - Must be 300 dpi resolutions if they are to be included at full size
Footnotes- Avoid footnotes.

Bibliographic References - Must appear at the end of the manuscript, NOT as footnotes on each page. Please include references of all materials you have cited in your paper.

Referencing style - APA 6th edition to be followed.
